My name is Grace Angel, and welcome to my portfolio website. I LOVE music, and am majoring in piano and organ, Fall 2020, at Ave Maria University in Florida (where I’ve dual-enrolled the last 2 years). Last summer, my love of music inspired me to start my own music education business. I successfully created a curriculum for children 5-10 years old featuring composers Tchaicovsky and Saint-‎Saëns, advertised the program, and signed up enough students to hold two summer sessions. Parents were so pleased, many signed their children up to take piano lessons with me. When I’m not playing the piano or organ, I’m actively volunteering in music ministry as a cantor and choir member at Ave Maria Catholic Church; singing with the Ave Maria University Chamber Choir; or studying to maintain my 3.91 GPA. I also enjoy sharing my music with nursing home residents. One of my favorite recurring adventures is when our AMU Chamber Choir sings with the Naples Philharmonic. This summer, I embark on a new adventure. I’ve been accepted to attend a six week summer piano program at Brevard Music Center in North Carolina. (UPDATE: Due to Covid-19, Brevard cancelled their 2020 program. I look forward to attending next year.) I am truly blessed by all of these rewarding experiences which help me improve my musicianship and business, Grace Angel Music.

     I am incredibly grateful to God for blessing my life with loving, encouraging people as well. I deeply appreciate my piano professor, my organ and Chamber Choir professor, all of the highly accomplished music faculty at AMU, and the wonderful friendships I’ve made in Ave Maria. It is a great gift to be able to work with so many talented, and generous musicians. I am also thankful for my family’s love and support, and especially for my parents and grandfather’s investment in my musicianship and for providing me with beautiful instruments. Additionally, I sincerely appreciate my artistic brother, who worked hard to create this lovely portfolio website for me.
